Midland Transport is currently seeking a Full-time Supervisor for our Customer Service Team. The selected candidate will assist in leading the Daily Management of our Customer Service center located at our Head Office in Dieppe, NB. A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a “Can Do” attitude, this candidate will encourage and motivate our team to deliver ongoing Superior Quality Service to our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Management of the CS Team’s main KPIs as well as weekly/monthly reporting
  • Ensure scheduling and staffing requirements are met on a daily basis
  • Main escalation contact for Customer needs and expectations
  • Leads and guides the Customer Service Team through ongoing performance management ensuring the successful attainment of departmental objectives and strategies
  • Knows and understands customer needs and expectations and drives continuous improvement to create the optimal customer experience
  • Coaches and recognizes team members for delivering Superior Quality Service to our customers
