Description:
This role is temp job for 6 month Contract .
Provide general sales administrative support, as follows:
1. Provide general sales & administrative support as follow:
1. Archiving of related order to cash documentation for audit trail.
2. Provide support to CSD on sales order processing.
3. Liaise with the Interco-production team to align shipment dates, ensure timely deliveries & communicate any potential delays to CSD / Sales Team.
4. Update customers on shipment progress on a weekly basis.
5. Liaise with freight forwarding for shipment schedule.
6. Verification of freight & 3PL charges.
7. Support Sales / CSD team in preparation of monthly reports as required.
8. Other ad hoc duties assigned
