Based at the Timaru PostShop in Strathallan Street, you’ll deliver an exceptional level of customer service as you manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You’ll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers.

This a full time, permanent position Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm and Saturdays if required. You’ll lead a dedicated team of 6 Customer Service Officers and Mail Officers and support them in the delivery of retail products and services, as well as rostering, resourcing and driving the performance of the team.
