Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We’d love to have you on board! Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Customer Service Technician in Singapore to join our Service Team.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and final quality control on Eddyfi equipment to ensure smooth operation ;
- Analyze electrical diagrams, identify faulty components, and collaborate with the Research & Development department to find technical solutions ;
- Perform on-site calibrations and repairs, ensuring traceability through clear documentation ;
- Interact with customers during on-site interventions, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction ;
- Maintain production and quality standards in line with corporate norms ;
- Communicate irregularities in calibration procedures and utilize precision tools for activities ;
- Coordinate all pre-installation requirements/logistics with customers and Business Development Manager ;
- Schedule and perform new installation & service visits, training technicians as needed.
- Generate and compile various reports including pre-install, during installation, post-install, and quarterly reports ;
- Work collaboratively with the regional Business Development Manager and other Business Development Managers to facilitate sales opportunities, attend meetings, conduct technical demonstrations, and support wireless range testing or other pre-installation requirements.
