EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer operating nationwide, as well as a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest independent Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing almost 400 people.
This role is for 2 days per week for a fixed term of 6 months.
We are looking for an experienced customer service trainer to work with our team. Candidates will be asked to present training proposals in advance of face to face interviews.
The Role - the role is office based
Train the team in all aspects of the role.
Conduct training needs analysis.
Create training plans.
Create re training plans.
Developing LMS content.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Customer Service training experience 3-5 years.
Ability to assess needs and convert them in to relevant training programmes.
A track record of SOP training.
Be familiar with training best practice and adult learning methods.
LMS experience.
