Description:

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Locks Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract as a Customer Service Advisor and Administrator.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high number of emails and phone calls
- Schedule and manage installations and engineers’ diaries - using a central electronic booking system.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Department Leaders - assisting with diary management, department reports, department paperwork, invoicing and certification, and general admin duties
- Communicating with different departments to order the correct equipment for the engineering team.
- Verifying customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, and updating data when account information is incomplete, inaccurate, or missing.
- Having excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude along with a willingness to learn.
- Above all have a customer-centric focus.
- Knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM systems (desirable)
