Description:

Are you experienced in administration and well-versed in handling high call volumes, able to deliver exceptional customer service? Are you adept at multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Locks Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract as a Customer Service Advisor and Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high number of emails and phone calls
  • Schedule and manage installations and engineers’ diaries - using a central electronic booking system.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Department Leaders - assisting with diary management, department reports, department paperwork, invoicing and certification, and general admin duties
  • Communicating with different departments to order the correct equipment for the engineering team.
  • Verifying customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, and updating data when account information is incomplete, inaccurate, or missing.
  • Having excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude along with a willingness to learn.
  • Above all have a customer-centric focus.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM systems (desirable)
