What will you be doing?

  • Ensure that distributor orders have been transmitted by customer service in a timely manner.
  • Consolidate and analyze the supply of products by franchise, detecting and reporting opportunities and risks.
  • Maintain constant communication with distributors in order to inform supply plan. Monthly meet.
  • Keep the open order report updated and online with distributors and commercial team.
  • Focusing on operational excellence, the execution of the replenishment process according to the guidelines established by Global Operations.
  • Record and process any potential or actual non-conformity detected, recommending actions and initiating and/or verifying solutions for immediate treatments.
  • Track the creation of deliveries, billing, and pre-alert purchase orders to customers.
  • Notify and process complaints regarding the arrival of material to the recipient and follow up until the case is closed.
  • Maintain constant communication with the commercial team to review and send the LBE weekly.
  • Monitoring the sale and consignment (capex) of sets in the CSA region.
  • Review and notify the financial and commercial teams of the quarterly sales forecast and quantities at the code and country level.
  • All activities or reports related to the supply chain for indirect countries (TPS)

What will you need to be successful?

  • Professional in engineering, supply chain, export trade or related careers
  • Advanced english
  • More than 3 years in similar positions, preferably in the sector.
