Description:
We are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our Mitie Team. You will be the main point of contact providing facilities support in our clients small Manchester office, plus the administrative tasks required for both the UK-wide Mitie team and client property teams.
This exciting multi-function role is based on site and is 40hrs per week 5 days a week starting at £27k.
The facilities part of the role will be client facing dealing with Landlord teams, client colleagues and their guests ensuring there is a safe working environment with assistance from the landlord and wider Mitie teams.
The tasks will include but not limited to:
- H&S Floor walks.
- Milk and beverage replenishing.
- Get to know the carpark process and handle complaints.
- Monitor and engage with our client’s communication platform.
- 1st aide trained (which we can provide if you are successful)
A major part of this role will be admin based; where you will need to attend teams’ meetings, take notes, and issue action plans. You will also have to have good Microsoft suite skills; to maintain scheduled documents and assist with presentations for both Mitie and our client.
Being self sufficient and enthusiastic, will aid you get the most of this position as you will be co-operating with a wide variety of people from various parts of the UK estate some challenging and some more fun; still rewarding! As the role is multi-functional your diary management will need to be exemplary while maintaining confidentiality.
The selected candidates will have a first interview via teams, then there will be a second face to face in Manchester. The successful candidate will require BPSS before commencing the position
