Description:

ABOUT YOU:

Are you looking for a workplace that challenges and inspires you? A place where exceptional customer service, team wellbeing, and development are at the centre of the business’ objectives?
We’re looking for committed, service-oriented, and engaging individuals to become part of a team delivering exceptional customer service support to our clients and their visitors.
Your day will be varied, from delivering service with a smile at the reception desk to maintaining our office and function rooms or assisting customers with a meeting room set up. You’ll engage with clients to ensure they feel welcomed and looked after, turning customer conversations into a premium experience.
You might find yourself working across different buildings - we have 28 of those in our portfolio, so there is plenty of flexibility and ample opportunity to learn and develop new skills along the way.

Responsibilities:

  • You feel accomplishment through supporting and helping others - from resolving minor issues and dealing with customers, to being involved in the day-to-day running of our centres.
  • You enjoy engaging with people from varied lines of work and being the first point of contact for them. You love making connections and building relationships with individuals both inside and outside of the business. You are happy to answer enquiries, take phone calls and resolve unexpected challenges.
  • You have a problem-solving attitude and can adapt to evolving situations. You’re able to find creative solutions to go above and beyond for each customer.
  • You have a focus on quality and high standards, from the service you provide, your personal presentation and the solutions you deliver to clients, to ensuring the interior and exterior of our buildings are maintained to the highest calibre.
  • You’re looking for a varied, operational role which includes reception duties as well as a mix of operational tasks.
  • You can integrate well into a team and foster effective relationships with your colleagues. Our daily operations rely on all colleagues working together to deliver our shared objectives.
  • You love to learn and are keen to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our buildings, processes and standards.
  • You will enjoy that no two days are alike - one day you may be setting up catering and refreshments for an important meeting, the next you may be helping new customer move in or troubleshooting some IT issues. This is a very varied and hands-on role.
This role would be a good step for an individual who has a strong interest in working in a customer-focused environment and who wants to gain knowledge and awareness of the reception in a professional business environment.
