Description:
FRAMECAD is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Executive (Logistics) to join our team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in preparing formal export documentation
- Knowledge of export and tariff codes.
- Experience is logistics and processing
- Excellent customer service experience
- Excellent administration skills, managing multiple tasks at once
- Proven experience in financial processes
- The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- The ability to build great relationships with all stakeholders.
- Experience using SAP & Excel
- Freight Forwarding background preferred

Responsibilities:
In this role you will own our machine contracts (inclusive of software) and logistic processes to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services. You will raise sales orders while maintaining accurate orders data and financial processes, build excellent relationships with customers assisting with credits and payments, coordinate customs requirements for export including the preparation of export documentation, all while collaborating with our internal teams for the purposes of production management, parts procurement, and forecasting.
