Responsibilities:

We are looking for a fast-thinking, friendly and confident individual to join our Invercargill team. The Customer Services Officer takes calls and answers emails in support of our customers checking in on their parcel deliveries. As part of a team well-versed in service excellence, you’ll also collaborate with our operations team and courier drivers in locating parcels, working towards the shared goal of ensuring customers’ freight is getting where it needs to be.
This is a permanent fulltime role, working Monday to Friday, 8:00pm to 5:00pm, with rostered Saturday mornings.

Key responsibilities include

  • Overseeing reception counter and responding to visiting customers
  • Handling customer queries via phone and email
  • Data entry and processing of misdirected/undeliverable freight
