CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST

Location: Remote - LATAM
Job Type: Full-Time - Contractor
Compensation: USD 1500/Monthly
To be considered for this position you must be fully Bilingual in English & Spanish.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fully Bilingual English & Spanish
  • Prior customer service experience (at least 2 years)
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Knowledge in Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
  • Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Client Services Specialist at GBS Group you will work closely with the Start-up Services Team. Client Services Specialist’s mission is to deliver exceptional client service by offering valuable information, attending to the clients’ needs to consistently create a positive first impression, and effectively handling call transfers and redirecting inbound sales calls.
Client Services Specialist must have proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response. Being able to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Measure Client Satisfaction (CSAT) and Experience (CX)
  • Prepare documents and reports for the management team when needed
  • Ability to empathize with our clients and be able to hear, identify and understand the client’s needs and what is the motive behind it in order to respond effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure the client needs are met and the client is satisfied with the information and services provided, by proactively communicating with clients
  • Analyze and identify relevant information to determine and communicate with management any issue that might arise
  • Supports startup administrative functions and other departments as needed.
  • Facilitate and prepare proposals for new clients or client renewals.
  • Prior experience working in a tax or accounting firm is ideal but not required.
