About the Role
As a Customer Solutions Architect at Optable, you’ll play a pivotal role in reshaping a multi-billion-dollar industry impacted by evolving privacy norms and significant technological advancements, like the shift away from third-party cookies. This role combines technical expertise with customer engagement, requiring you to design and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with client systems and help them achieve agreed upon objectives. Additionally, you will leverage your data analytics skills to extract actionable insights and drive impactful solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in solutions architecture or a similar role within the tech industry, preferably adtech or SaaS.
  • Strong technical acumen, with experience in systems design, integration, and problem-solving within complex IT environments.
  • Significant hands-on experience with SQL, demonstrating the ability to manage and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud (preferred), AWS, Azure.
  • Experience in data engineering, data science, or related roles.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Go or Python is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for innovation and a customer-first mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design, Integration, and Implementation:
  • • Architect and implement custom solutions that align with client needs, maximizing the value realizable from product functionalities.
  • Develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Propose and develop effective solutions - often as proofs of concept - to address specific customer needs, driving product adoption and reducing time to value.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • • Serve as a key technical liaison between the product teams and clients, ensuring that solutions are both practical and pragmatic.
  • Assist in QA and troubleshooting efforts, helping to find answers to client questions and diagnosing issues with the client’s data.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • • Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs, ensuring that our solutions are robust and scalable.
  • Provide findings from analysis to members of Product & Engineering, to help inform decisions on where to place investments and resources.
  • Client Engagement:
  • • Directly engage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consultations, and foster strong professional relationships.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze data to derive actionable insights for clients.
