Title and Summary
Customer Solutions Data Scientist
Overview
Truata is seeking an inquisitive, enthusiastic data scientist to join our team and work with our customer-facing colleagues to create novel privacy-enhanced analytics solutions to address customer problems. These solutions will utilise Truata’s existing product suite and where necessary require ideation and R&D on novel technologies and techniques that will become part of our product suite.
Role
This role involves creating privacy-enhanced analytics solutions for Truata customers that leverage Truata’s existing offerings and where needed incorporate new techniques. Working with our customer-facing teams, requirements for analytics projects will be defined by working directly with customer stakeholders and Truata team members. These projects will be delivered to the required specification and where needed, new solutions and techniques will be conceptualised, prototyped and productised.
All about you/Experience
You will have experience with data-heavy analytics processes, innovating around data and data products and self-driven research and development. You will have experience working with customer and internal stakeholders within a cross-functional team to collaborate on innovative solutions to deliver and maximise customer value.
You will have python and SQL skills, be comfortable with data science techniques such as clustering, classification and machine learning, and be familiar with business intelligence analysis.
You need to be curious about customer problems, have a growth mindset around solution development and be comfortable taking accountability for business outcomes related to your work.
