This is an exciting new position where we are looking for an experienced Customer Solutions Manager to take the lead on business development and relationships particularly within the Worker’s Compensation Insurance market, to meet the evolving needs and growth of the business.
You will be an ambitious sales professional who wants to establish the next phase of your career with a passion for enabling better lives.

What you bring

  • Optimistic approach to building business and team engagement
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar / business development role
  • Experience in the health or insurance industry highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Experience in managing contract requirements
  • Proven history of establishing and building relationships within the industry
  • You’ll have good organisational skills, be comfy working independently supported by leadership
  • Desire to achieve outcomes and targets to suit business needs
