We are currently seeking applicants for a role within our Customer Solutions Team, located in Ellersie, Auckland. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented and eager to embrace challenges in order to deliver top-tier service and support.
About the role
Reporting to the Australian and New Zealand Customer Solutions Team Leader (Based in Brisbane, Australia) the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility, approachability, and proactively seeking ways to exceed our clients’ expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Responding in a timely manner to all incoming communications via telephone, email from internal and external customers
- Processing and entering all sales orders accurately into the ERP system
- Proactively monitoring all orders and ensuring that the customers is kept informed about the status of their orders
- Provide ongoing communication to the Sales, Audiology & Management teams regarding customer complaints, likes or dislikes by entering feedback into the CRM database
- Liaising with internal departments to provide timely resolutions for customer queries
- Work in collaboration with Field Sales teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
