Your unique contribution
Working as part of our awesome New Zealand Customer Solutions Team to provide a high level of service, effectively managing relationships and expectations of PRW customers and internal stakeholders.
The Customer Solutions team is an integral part of the PRW Supply Chain function, working closely with our Australian counterparts.
The role reports to the Customer Solutions Team Leader. This is a great opportunity to join a global company, not only with a portfolio of iconic brands, but with a leadership team who drive the agenda on career development, empowering you to reach your full potential.

You will add value to the team through:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
• Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding order status, product availability, and any issues that may arise.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Have a deep understanding of the FMCG products being offered to effectively assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
