Description:
We are looking for an experienced, talented and highly motivated Customer Success Director to our Nordic marketplace team.
As Customer Success Director at Incubeta, you will be responsible for delivering strategic excellence across our key accounts on online marketplaces such as Amazon as well as driving sales to new customer leads in the Nordic region. You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ business objectives, the digital marketplace, our agency services and building client relationships in delivering exceptional marketing solutions that exceed expectations. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how to build and nurture strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a more integrated customer/agency partnership.
Our Sales and Customer Success team is a newly defined and fast-growing team and though we have a detailed vision and plan, we are looking for an opinionated and knowledgeable candidate who wants to influence how we deliver excellence while further growing our Sales and Customer Success team.
Responsibilities:
- Advise our existing and prospective customers in delivering the most impactful and efficient strategies and help them analyze the data, trends and performance
- Identify sales/upselling opportunities as well as business challenges and adding strategic experience to our customers in order for them to grow their business
- Actively run sales, customer and team meetings
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and progress of ongoing consultancy projects such as migrations, new customer setups
- Setting the scene for our Sales and Customer Success team to prepare and present strategic proposals towards customers including timelines and costs of investments
- Cross-functional collaboration with other internal teams and international teams to deliver cohesive and effective client solutions
