Description:
The Customer Success Account Manager is a Pre & Post Technical Sales role responsible for identifying customers’ growing needs, resolving questions or concerns, and providing product knowledge via phone and email. Additionally, CSAMs are expected to identify sales opportunities rapidly and work to close new sales or transfer leads to teammates for closure.
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of Technical Serivces & Support sales experience
- Excels at creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process.
- Credible - Experience selling to a technical and business audience, building trust and mutual respect ; Contribution to ITC Marketing Content
- Passionate - Think creatively and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple.
- Travel - Must be open to travel to meet with clients as needed
- Experience building Playbooks & Sales Pipeline Expansion Plays
KNOWLEDGEABLE IN MSFT & ATLASSIAN SOFTWARE
- Dynamics 365 Business Central (Projects/Field Services)
- Dynamic365 CRM /CE
- IT Management Skills a BIG PLUS;

QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science AND 10+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
- OR Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud Products (Azure, M365, Dynamics, etc) OR other Cloud technologies.
- Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies such as Azure, 365, etc.ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
- OR Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 10+ years relevant work experience within customer industry.
- Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365).
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent (PMI) service management certification.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification or Change Management **
- Prosci or equivalent certification.**
