Contract: Full-time (Monday - Friday), Permanent
Salary: Dependent on Experience, Minimum €35,000

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive or motor industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is advantageous
Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for our valued customers, providing personalized support and guidance to meet their needs effectively.
- Order Processing: Manage customer parts orders, from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the process.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address customer concerns and inquiries, troubleshooting problems and finding innovative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Record-keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and preferences, utilizing CRM software to track and manage customer relationships.
- Product Knowledge and Education: Stay informed about the machinery and equipment and services, providing customers with advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions where needed.
