Contract: Full-time (Monday - Friday), Permanent
Salary: Dependent on Experience, Minimum €35,000
Are you passionate about the motor industry and delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Success Administrator to join a notable, global company where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring their customers receive outstanding end to end support and assistance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive or motor industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and documentation.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is advantageous

Responsibilities:

THIS IS NOT A SALES ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for our valued customers, providing personalized support and guidance to meet their needs effectively.

  • Order Processing: Manage customer parts orders, from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the process.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address customer concerns and inquiries, troubleshooting problems and finding innovative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Record-keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and preferences, utilizing CRM software to track and manage customer relationships.
  • Product Knowledge and Education: Stay informed about the machinery and equipment and services, providing customers with advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions where needed.
