Responsibilities:

Cybereason is looking for someone to join our Customer Success team who can build and maintain an excellent relationship with our EMEA customers. This is an incredible opportunity for the someone with a real passion for customers and a focus on product and service outcomes. The Customer Success Executive will act as trusted advisers to our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our industry-leading solution. We look for mature, empathetic, tech savvy communicators, who understand the important role Cybereason plays in defending the health of our clients’ enterprises.
Our Customer Success Executives are more than just post-sale relationship managers; we are looking for client partners able to act as the face of the Company to protect and expand our bottom line. The successful Customer Success Executive must be able to effectively drive adoption and maximise the opportunity to expand within our existing customer base.
The right candidate will be able to align internal and external resources to ensure value realisation and a ’one voice’ approach to ensure our customers feel valued, protected and connected to our organisation at all times. Our Customer Success Executives are tasked with protecting our existing revenues, identifying expansion opportunities and delivering a world class customer service, all this while developing a deep understanding of our customers pain points and how to address them.
