We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage and cultivate account relationships that focus on both student and account success. This role will oversee the customer relationship through the entire customer journey.
How you’ll do it:
- Cultivate relationships at all levels from school champ to teachers to referrals.
- Drive utilization at school level with innovative thinking and strategic planning
- Increase account buy-in and ownership by sharing data and positive program development to stakeholders
- Drive renewal and expansion KPIs on accounts
- Lead strong implementation of programs
- Coordinate ongoing training and webinars for stakeholders
- Collaborate with partners to identify solutions for disengaged students and self-harm incidents
- Bonuses on renewals and expansions
