Job Title: Customer Success Manager (or Director) - Banking-Fintech
Location: United States (Fulltime – 100% remote)

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with a portfolio of Milestone’s prestigious customers within the Banking and Financial Services industry.
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with Milestone solutions resulting in customer retention and account growth. You will build long-term trusting relationships with these customers and ensure that they realize full value from their investment with Milestone. Your focus will be to make every customer in your portfolio wildly successful, resulting in referenceable customers who maintain long-term loyalty to Milestone.
In addition to acting as a trusted advisor to customers, you will be a customer advocate, often functioning as a liaison between our customers and internal Milestone teams. You will ensure that needs and/or requirements considered critical to the success of these customers are communicated and driven throughout the Milestone organization.

What are requirements?

  • 8 to 12 years of proven experience in the banking and fintech sectors, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within these industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow strategic accounts through a consultative and strategic approach.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and be a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams.
  • Solid grasp of the competitive landscape, with the capability to position our solutions effectively against competitors.
  • Digital background a must, with strong understanding of SEO and content marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex solutions and strategies to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and other KPIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
