As our client portfolio expands across the globe, the senior leadership at PepTalk are looking to add an experienced customer success professional to the team. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to influence in this dynamic start-up environment and see their work make a real difference.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer success management role
  • 3+ years in a relevant discipline such as account management, client service, sales, human resources, learning and development, change management, or project management
  • Practised at learning new technology
  • You will likely hold a third level degree alongside your experience
  • You will hold a full drivers licence
  • Experience in the Construction Industry would be beneficial

SO, HERE’S THE SCOOP ON THE ROLE …

Our customer success team are busy people! They’re also really sound. They work with our customers to bring PepTalk’s Psychological Health & Safety programme to life for their employees. You will join the team, looking after your own portfolio of clients on their PepTalk journey. As a scaling start-up, our offering is continuously evolving. You will work across the business on strategic projects to ensure all our clients achieve maximum value from PepTalk, while approaching your portfolio of clients with a change management mindset to ensure their readiness to succeed.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE CALL FOR?

This role calls for someone who is results and outcome oriented, with a demonstrated empathy and understanding of business goals and client needs. You have a genuine passion for making the work environment a better place. Your approach to relationship building inspires trust and confidence in your clients.
You crave an opportunity to innovate, offer better ways of working and bring your knowledge, experience or enthusiasm to bear in the start-up environment. You will have an ability to prioritise workloads, manage schedules and collaborate with other teams (like our program, technology, marketing and sales team). You’re comfortable presenting and advising at c-suite level and enjoy hosting client events. You make good decisions and exercise your judgement in situations that are not clear cut. Most of all, the idea of taking on a role you know you would excel at AND in a start-up environment, keeps you up at night (em, mostly with excitement, not fear!).
