YOUR MISSION
This is a unique opportunity for a driven, highly skilled individual who wants to be part of a fast-growing B2B startup. Be the face towards our customers and ensure they derive maximum value from our product.
In this role, you will become an important part of scaling our B2B communications platform. You will work closely with our Sales and Product teams, be the internal advocate for the customer, and ensure the customer experience is at the heart of all actions and decisions made.
Responsibilities:
- You are the face towards our clients and foster positive customer relationships by leading with excellence and proactivity
- You help our clients to successfully drive business value from our products
- You are responsible for customers having a positive onboarding, adoption, and expansion experience
- You lead and conduct kick-off meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
- You design Customer Success processes that help us to scale our B2B communications platform rapidly
- You collaborate with the development team to integrate our platform and troubleshoot technical issues
- You collaborate with our Sales and Product teams to build and improve our platform from a customer’s perspective
