We are looking for a Customer Support Representative in our Customer Success team to join us on this exciting journey!
Tasks

As our Customer Support Representative at Prewave, you will…

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions accurately
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation

Requirements

Must haves

  • Demonstrated experience in customer support or similar role
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and basic technical understanding
  • Experience working with Excel, including formulas and other functionalities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries
  • Excellent skills in English and German, both written and spoken

Bonus points for

  • Proficiency in additional languages besides English.
  • Previous experience using email support tools or ticketing systems like Jira
  • Experience in remote customer support.
  • Certification in customer service or related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer interactions

  • An extensive compensation package: According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 2,396 gross per month, however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience.
