Description:

Global Water Solutions is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our new and committed workforce in Dubai with the aim of giving the best customer satisfaction and becoming the most reliable support for Sales. GWS is one of the world’s largest pressure tank and water enhancement product manufacturers. Since its founding, GWS has been focused on improving people’s lives by providing clean water worldwide and facilitating access to it.
We are looking for a self-starter and result-driven professional with a forte to ensure a proactive customers communication and an eye for details, having strong business ethics, with a solid proven record of solving issues.

YOUR ATTRIBUTES:

  • Minimum 2/3 years of previous experience in Inside Sales/Customer Service/Sales Support or similar functions;
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing many calls per day;
  • Able to work precisely with strong organizational skills, eye for details and prioritizing skills;
  • Customer-orientated and the ability to resolve day-to-day challenges;
  • Experience working with Netsuite or CRM or any other ERP system;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Arabic and English;
  • Self-motivated, flexible, willingness to work both – in a team and individually.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty;
  • Understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Identify and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure;
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory;
  • Team with Sales resources to build pipeline and close deals;
  • Provide accurate and complete information by using the right internal tools;
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution;
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
  • Coordination of all the office and administrative activities.
