We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Mexico as a Customer Success Representative!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role within the data center or IT industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Understand customers’ business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Provide customers with actionable insights to enhance their data center operations and achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver reports and dashboards that offer valuable insights to customers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering strategic guidance and recommendations
  • Proactively communicate best practices and industry trends to help customers maximize the value of their data center investments
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to ensure alignment and address any issues
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of our services
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on our data center solutions and features
  • Advocate for customers’ needs and feedback within the organization to drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement levels, taking proactive measures to prevent churn
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance customer value
