DESCRIPTION

AppleOne has partnered up with a client in the Toronto area, who is looking to take on a Customer Success Specialist for a fulltime opportunity on remote basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Helping to manage a portfolio of 40-100 clients
  • Will be paired with a portfolio manager
  • Working within an ticketing system to answer any of the clients questions and/or concerns
  • Answering emails and booking meetings if a more complex issue arises
  • Will be assisting with adhoc duties; example writing articles for releases and preparing presentations for conferences
  • Assists with the presentation for the portfolio manager
  • 80% of the role will is client support (mainly via email)

Top Requirements:

  • Accounting knowledge IS A MUST (You have to know what the software is doing on the back)
  • Understand debits and credits is A MUST
  • Personable and engaging
  • Problem solving capabilities

  • Construction experience
