SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of prior Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales or Solution Architect experience
  • Outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting enterprise (field) sales teams on targeted accounts
  • Ability to see and present “the big picture”, and architect solutions to solve customer problems, and business challenges
  • Strong customer facing and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques
  • Data analysis and good data-driven decision-making skills
  • Previous Sales / Solution Engineering experience in health/wellness space or Enterprise SaaS platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with start-up environment preferred

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Customer Success Specialist, you will lead the collaboration efforts with enterprise sales teams, Product Leaders, and a variety of other stakeholders to adapt our portfolio of health and wellbeing products and services to meet our users’ needs. Within the team, you will be the key subject matter expert for our product, technical architecture, and the health/wellbeing industry domain.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Orchestration of the ideation, design, and development processes of defined products and solutions across RoundGlass products
  • Lead the team in technical direction during development ensuring all solutions are strategic and scalable
  • Identify and understand unique problem cases in the market and product needs and formulate solutions using the portfolio of products and services
  • Build a working knowledge of similar products to create a competitive product strategy
  • Drive innovative solutions to connect knowledge between Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to deliver new features and products
  • Create standards and complete modeling to monitor and enhance capacity and performance
