JOB PURPOSE:

In striving for successful and sustainable growth with our customers in The Middle East region, McCain Middle East is providing an opportunity to join the supply chain team as “Customer Supply Chain Lead “.
You’ll drive all operational improvements activities with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver the required customers and markets’ needs, in line with the Customer Obsession leadership principles to ensure a sustainable operational value creation with top key customers. That will go in parallel with focusing on shared KPIs to maintain operational efficiencies at all levels.
It is important to include balance between the aforementioned scope and focusing on all operational deliverable tasks for “Order to Cash “cycle starting from order processing to product delivery for top key customers using internal and external systems, in addition to attending and responding adequately to customer needs and complaints to maintain the required speed to market attitude.
