What your future looks like at Accountor
In your role as a Customer Support Advisor, you help our customers succeed with the financial management products and apps that we offer. You provide guidance, advice, and solutions to our clients over the phone, through email, and via chat. You also offer actively new solutions and additional products to our customers. You will work with our products Procountor, Apix, eTasku, Isolta or Ecom (you might start with one and then learn the ropes of others).
Customer service doesn’t always have ready-made instructions for every situation. That’s why we expect you to be a persistent and curious person who wants to find the right solution for each customer. You want to be part of a developing and experimental organization. You want to create excellent customer encounters, with a cheerful and open attitude. We assist our customers in Finnish and Swedish, and our business language is English.
Your team consists of an energetic group of experts who assist you in excelling in this role. Although this is a customer service role related to financial management software, you do not need to be a technical expert - you need ordinary IT skills and a customer-oriented mindset. We will provide you with the needed training to get more familiar with our products! We work in a hybrid model, partially from home and from the office. Onboarding will happen from the office in Keilaniemi Espoo.
