What your summer looks like
As our a+ Summer Apprentice in our Administration team, you will help our customers succeed with the financial management software that we offer (Procountor, Ecom, Isolta, Apix, eTasku). You help the team with contract and invoice management, and of course client communication through phone, chat, and email.
Even though it’s a customer service task related to financial management software, you’ll do just fine with ordinary IT skills. We will introduce you to the world of finance (but of course financial management experience is a big plus)! Your team includes an energetic group of admin and customer success experts who will help you succeed in this position.
We have locations in Espoo, Turku, Tampere, Oulu, Jyväskylä, and Stockholm, and we work with a flexible hybrid model. Onboarding will happen on-site in Espoo or Tampere, and we hope that you want to occasionally come to the office to interact with your team.The employment is temporary, from May 2024 until the end of October 2024.

What we need from you

• Some previous work experience in customer service, financial management, or administration
• Previous experience of billing, invoicing, or contract management is highly valued
• You are comfortable with working on the phone and calling customers
• You are precise and detail-oriented, and you are not afraid of routines- there is some repetition in admin work
• Finnish language skills
• English language skills
• You are proactive and ask for help if needed
