About the job
As a Customer Support Advisor, your mission will be to assist our customers with any issue during and after their order.
Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through inbound calls enthusiastically and professionally.
  • Support customers by providing information about products and trying to close the sell over the phone.
  • Support customers on resolution of delivery topics (e.g., where are the deliveries at; deliveries that went wrong, is there any stock available, etc).

Requirements

  • Fluent in the requested language Norwegian
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Strong client service and call handling skills
  • Capable of expressing oneself confidently, both verbally and in writing
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of the client’s products
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre, Customer Service, or sales is welcome
