Description:
REQUIREMENTS :
- 1 or 2 years of previous working experience in customer support ( or internship/ apprenticeship )
- Good English language (reading and writing – B2)
- Fluent in German language (reading and writing)
- Office Administration experience
- Great understanding of writing proposals
- Great communication skills

Responsibilities:
CORE TASKS:
- Acceptance of customer requests for commercial off-the-shelf items, mainly for aftermarket (spares & repairs)
- Alignment with the technical departments about the request
- Writing proposals
- Support aftermarket pricing strategy
- Acceptance and introduction into ERP of aftermarket customer orders
