Description:

Join an established and growing international consultancy business who specialise within the insurance & e-commerce industries.

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Divisional General Manager, you will be heavily involved in the rolling out of their new cloud platform and working closely with a range of internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Respond to customer finance queries regarding general invoicing, trust balancing and ADP codes.
  • Assist the support team lead to train and upskill members of the wider team.
  • Manage relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Maintaining and updating technical reference material including accounts reference guides and other materials.
  • Organise, schedule and complete smooth transition of new system update.
