Solve a variety of customer support problems.
Use tools and updates to fix technical issues, like software and hardware problems.
Monitor systems and act when needed.
Install and set up operating systems and applications.
Work on research and improving our services.
Do regular maintenance tasks.
Help with daily business tasks.
Write reports, guides, and train users.
