Amy Consulting - Our client, a Packaging Supplies Store, is recruiting to fill the position below:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Our client is urgently requirethe services of a Customer Support Officer. He / she will manage interactions with customers through the company’s digital channels. He / she will also receive and process customers’ online orders as well as respond to customers’ queries and complaints.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification: Minimum of OND in any related discipline.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
- Applicants must be resident around Lekki and environs. Please do not apply if you do not live within Lekki area!
Skills Required:
- Digital marketing skills
- Good networking, prospecting and closing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal relationship
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
