Amy Consulting - Our client, a Packaging Supplies Store, is recruiting to fill the position below:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Our client is urgently requirethe services of a Customer Support Officer. He / she will manage interactions with customers through the company’s digital channels. He / she will also receive and process customers’ online orders as well as respond to customers’ queries and complaints.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualification: Minimum of OND in any related discipline.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
  • Applicants must be resident around Lekki and environs. Please do not apply if you do not live within Lekki area!

Skills Required:

  • Digital marketing skills
  • Good networking, prospecting and closing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
