REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, orders, billing, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain customer records and update account information accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and gather feedback to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
