REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to empathize with customers’ concerns and needs.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software, such as CRM systems and helpdesk software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and information processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, orders, billing, and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and gather feedback to improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
