A job that makes you happy:
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customers’ inquiries regarding company products.
- Use our customer service tools professionally and process individual customer inquiries by phone, email and chat
- Work with the database of orders and processing orders on various trading platforms such as Amazon, Etsy
- Communicate with other departments and support us in increasing customer satisfaction
- Follow up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service.
- Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools.
Qualifications and skills:
- 2-3 years experience in Customer Support / Telemarketing or any related field.
- E-commerce experience preferred but not required.
- CRM experience
- German language proficiency (C2-C1 level)
- Strong communication skills and ability to problem solve.
- Attention to details, multitasking, time management, follow up.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
Nice to have:
- Experience of work with any of trading platforms (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify)
