The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to be based at our Mudgee branch. The Customer Service Representative will provide assistance to both internal and external customers regarding parts sales, orders and deliveries within a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all parts queries, sales and orders are processed in a timely manner.
  • Performing weekly checks of outstanding customer orders to ensure that all backorders will be supplied within the shortest possible lead time.
  • Being proactive by forms of offering suggestions or complying within cost control measures so the Company can minimise all cost aspects of the Parts Operation.
  • Being familiar with client’s machines, processes and specific requirements.
  • Providing a regular fee back to clients through back-order reports and advice of delivery status proactively.
  • Assisting other company personnel with client enquiries.
  • Providing comprehensive training to new and developing staff.
  • Assist in the management of stock accuracy (electronic stock vs physical stock)
  • Ensuring all Customer parts orders are processed in a timely manner providing exceptional customer service using Komatsu’s Customer Support Charter as the guiding principles for all business interactions.
  • Assisting other employees including, Supervisors and Management on Parts related technical, logistical and procedural inquires where required.
  • Being an active member of the team to assist with refining processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the day to day running of the Department
