Description:
Under general supervision, serves a liaison for assigned customers, overseeing all elements of customer relationship activities.
Directly responsible for creating customer satisfaction by providing outstanding Customer services which include but no limited to :
- Answering customer inquiries pertaining to repair order status, warranty, pricings, general billing questions through email/ phone, at times offering immediate or alternate repair/service solutions.
- Prepares repair/overhaul/SB estimates and transmits information to the customer using appropriate method of communication.
- Conducts billing review before delivery and invoice of a repair order are generated. Also responsible for the creation of outbound delivery by ensuring that ship-to-point and freight term meets the customer’s requirement.
- Responsible for the management of Transship/subcontract repair activities. Ensuring TAT commitment and performance by both parties are met.
- Responsible for all rental pool, DP100, subassembly replacement administration. Maintain accountability system on Collins Rental/Exchange units and coordinate movements of units with customers and shipping to allow for effective and efficient processing of orders.
