This company we are currently partnering with is a leading provider of high-quality camping and outdoor gear, committed to helping outdoor enthusiasts explore nature safely and comfortably. We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Customer Support Representative in a permanent position. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with the brand.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide accurate information about the products, including features, specifications, and usage recommendations
• Provide order processing support to the Sales Managers and Aftermarket Sales Executives as required
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently and courteously
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product line and stay updated on industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
• Assist the team in working through a backlog of customer orders
