As the Customer Support Specialist, you’ll facilitate the transition to home electrification and promote energy efficiency among both industry stakeholders and individual households. This involves providing education, guidance, and practical assistance to help consumers make informed energy decisions and reduce energy costs.

  • Customer Support experience is essential. Proficiency in providing customer support via email, chat, or phone, both inbound and outbound.
  • You’ll bring your strong communication skills, which are crucial. This includes verbal and written communication, as well as active listening.
  • You’re a problem solver! You have the capability in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • You are empathetic and understanding. You empathise with customers and understand their perspectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems and maintaining clean and updated data.
  • You are adaptable and flexible, with a readiness to handle various customer inquiries and adapt to different situations.
  • You have the ability to work towards targets and you meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs consistently
