OUR CLIENT IS AN MNC, ONE OF THE LEADING PLAYERS IN THE AVIATION SECTOR. DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A JUNIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST TO BE PART OF THEIR TEAM FOR ONGOING TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE EAST.

Working hours: 5 days per week
Mondays to Fridays: 8am - 5pm
Location: Changi

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter document data and review customer orders.
• Collaborate to monitor and ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Proofread paperwork and maintain records.
• Operate office equipment and handle calls professionally.

Basic Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, with clerical and computer skills.
• Customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle high order volume in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with International Trade team preferred.
