Description:

Supercharge is growing and nourishing a new team to help us expand our service offering with enhanced support services, and outstanding customer support. We’re looking for players who’d love to take part in laying down the foundations of a great support organisation. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in the customer support field and develop essential skills in providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with senior team members and receive guidance to providing software support within a business to business setting, address inquiries, and resolve issues. This role requires strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a customer-centric approach.

YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL INCLUDE…

  • Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, or chat, in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting customers by answering their questions, providing information, and guiding them through the support process
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical and business operation issues within a broad and interesting domain
  • Collaborating with senior support staff to investigate problems, identify root causes, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Seeking guidance when needed and following established escalation procedures
  • Striving to meet customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude during customer interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey
  • Assisting in maintaining the customer service knowledge base
  • Actively participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in customer support
