REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of foreign language (C1) and English (B2),
  • minimum of 1 year of experience in the customer service area, (including technical, financial, customer support, call center, as well as work in the travel and hospitality industry),
  • ability to effectively maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • willingness to work two shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • willingness to work in the Bucharest office.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact with users (B2B) via email, phone and chat,
  • representing the organization as the main contact for strategic users,
  • implementing solutions and responding to customer inquiries, tailored to their individual needs,
  • escalate and resolve complex user issues,
  • ability to learn from customer interactions,
  • identifying opportunities to improve the user experience using better tools or product enhancements,
  • resolving user issues at first contact, and escalating when there are access limitations, tools or technical complexity.
