OUR CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service/financial/technical support via email, phone, and chat;
  • Proficiency in English at min. B2 level and German/Italian/French at min. B2+ level;
  • Experience in providing B2B Customer Service and Technical Troubleshooting for Financial and payment gateway tools;
  • Readiness to work two shifts (8 AM - 5 PM / 1 PM - 10 PM)
  • Readiness and eagerness to learn new products.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for global projects for the largest companies in the world in the field of software, online marketing, internet platforms and devices.
The project for which you will be responsible gives you the opportunity to be part of the client’s new development on the Romanian market in a starting project.
You can have a real influence on the formation of the client’s new branch in Bucharest.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Communicate with users via email, phone, and chat;
  • Be the main contact for key and strategic users;
  • Assess users’ account configurations and previous interactions to offer tailored solutions;
  • Achieve and surpass personal goals in a fast-paced and demanding team setting;
  • Report complex user issues to internal teams, explaining the reasons for the report;
  • Draw insights from data (e.g., identify training gaps based on past ticket volume);
  • Solve user issues at the first contact, only escalating when needed due to access limitations, tool constraints, or technical difficulty;
  • Find ways to improve the user experience with better tools or product enhancements;
  • Support the floor and serve as a backup Team Leader.
