MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Supporting Ferrero companies in Italy on Customs related issues;
  • Ensure compliant import/export processing and/or customs classification;
  • Accurate drafting of Import/export declarations and related documents;
  • Provide the needed documents required by Customs Authorities in order to support the operational management of the inbound and outbound flows;
  • Knowledge and use of the “Customs Decisions System”;
  • Provide support to Supply Chain department and Finance on Customs issues related to inbound and outbound flows;
  • Review and monitoring Customs guarantees for Customs authorizations;
  • Maintain and audit annually the AEO authorization;
  • Maintain relationships with the Customs Authorities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant qualification on Customs/Trade matters;
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Customs and trade compliance;
  • Demonstrated operational and technical skills in Customs matter;
  • Detailed knowledge of Customs Regimes and AEO;
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities;
  • FMCG experience is a plus.

IT SKILLS:

  • MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word);
