Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will be responsible for accomplish all the requirements for the submission of statements to the US and MX customs, comply with the guidelines and regulations of Health, Safety and Environment.
Coordinate import and export shipments and administrates IMMEX program.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
Planning and controlling activities and actions related to import and export of raw material, finish goods, equipment, and spare parts.
Preparation of import and export requests, regime changes, virtual regularization
Control of documentation and electronic filing
The candidate is to be also responsible for examining and appraise imported and exported merchandise according to federal revenue laws, to enforce regulations of Mexico and US
Communicate with import and export authorities, and internal customers, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive, and lawful relations, support and activities.
Coordinates shipping details, such as import/export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, shipping, and routing of product.
Ensure all the customs activities are handle under Trade Compliance policy
